Intro

We devised the creative direction for a photoshoot for the Munich-based Egetemeier Interior Design Studio, depicting interior design as a shared journey. Based on the concept of 'Travelling with and for Clients', the visual language reflects the studio’s close involvement throughout the process and its willingness to challenge conventions. It illustrates how new ideas emerge through dialogue with clients and how design boundaries are continually redefined.

Challenges

1. Creative Direction
The task was to express Egetemeier’s international outlook through a visual concept that moves beyond conventional interior aesthetics and offers new perspectives.

2. Visual Storytelling
Instead of presenting the design process step by step, we transformed its various stages into a single, continuous, emotionally engaging visual narrative.

3. Art Direction
We led the shoot from start to finish, including visual benchmarking, selecting the photographer, providing creative direction and staging every scene.

Outcome

We created a comprehensive photoshoot concept for Egetemeier, presenting the interior design process as a collaborative journey that connects the brand, the client and the space. Set in an industrial boxing club, the shoot deliberately deviates from traditional interior aesthetics, visually representing qualities such as discipline, intensity and precision. We managed every stage of the project, from strategy and photographer scouting to staging and on-set art direction, resulting in a carefully composed visual system for digital channels and high-end print.
